    Our Policy

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    • Customizable or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

      How to Initiate a Return

      2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
      3. Pack the item(s) securely and send them to the provided address.

        Refund Process

        • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
        • The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

          Damaged or Defective Items
